Ambrose University College (formerly Alliance University College and Nazarene University College (AUC-NUC)) is a Christian institution located in Calgary that collaborates to offer provincially accredited Bachelor of Arts degrees and ABHE accredited professional ministry degrees. The Residence program is set up to support you during your studies at Ambrose. Each Pod has a Resident Assistant who gives leadership to the floor and encourages a living-learning environment in which the greatest academic, social, and spiritual development may be realized by each student. All full-time (9 credit hours per semester or more), first year students under the age of 21 are required to live in residence.
Orientation programming is a key component to your experience at Ambrose. It is your chance to meet Student Leaders, Faculty and other new students, hear about the services and resources at Ambrose, and prepare yourself for the upcoming Academic year. Career Services exists to inspire, challenge, and support the personal and professional development of students and alumni so that they can transition into the workplace with clarity, competence, and confidence.
The support provided to students and alumni includes events, workshops, individual counselling, and a job board.
The Ambrose Lions are member of the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) in futsal and volleyball. Ambrose is also a member of the Alberta Colleges Athletic League (ACAL) in basketball. The Lions are also members of the Calgary Adult Hockey League (CAHL) in the sport of hockey.

The Primary mission of the Ambrose Learning Services Centre (LSC) is to assist students in achieving academic success.The LSC accomplishes this through a wide variety of services and programs. The LSC is available to all students who wish to improve their academic skills and ability to learn, thereby maximizing their academic experience and allowing them to achieve greater academic performance and personal fulfillment. The LSC also has as its mandate, the specific and complementary responsibility of providing support for students with learning or physical disabilities, and ensuring for them equal academic opportunities.
The LSC continuously works to develop new initiatives and programs to reach an increasingly diverse and changing student population.

The Ambrose Library serves the students, faculty and staff of Ambrose University College and Ambrose Seminary. It is one of the largest private academic libraries in western Canada. Its rapidly growing collection features more than 120,000 bound volumes and 185 magazine and journal titles. Particular strengths include Christian studies, history, music, behavioural science, business, English, and Islamics.
